ACHIEVE NORTHWEST CONNECT 2022

Achieve Northwest Connect

ANWC delivers intensive case managed support to offenders in the community and custodial settings. Offenders are supported through the prison gate into the community, retaining continuity to assist their journey towards gaining new skills and employment.

The project targets offenders with multiple barriers in addition to their ETE needs e.g. accommodation, substance misuse and issues with mental/physical health.

Targeting the hardest to help offenders ensures that those who are not currently able to access mainstream provision can be supported to return to the labour market.

An Achieve Northwest case worker attends Adelaide House on a weekly basis and have worked with hundreds of our residents since the project begun in 2005. Many of these women have been supported to write develop their employability skills and / or into employment or voluntary work.
