NEWEST MEMBER OF STAFF 2022

I arrived at Adelaide House at the start of December 2021 after working inside prisons for over 20 years.  I was made to feel incredibly welcome by managers, staff and residents alike and I felt part of the team straight away.  Nothing is ever too much trouble and everyone is willing to answer my hundreds of questions and queries. 

The knowledge and experience in Adelaide House is phenomenal and everyone seems to genuinely enjoy their job. The staff’s patience, support and understanding of the Residents in our care is very clear to see, from the first warm welcome to the last ‘good luck’ as Residents leave Adelaide House to continue on in their personal journey.

I feel very lucky and privileged to be part of such a wonderful team who steadfastly continue to make a lasting positive difference to so many women’s lives.
